I just purchased a Bolex H16 reflex (beautiful camera). What "shutter speed" number should I be using (on the handheld light meter) to get the best results?

That's a good question -- but not one I have the answer to yet. However, I need it too. I recently acquired a Bolex H8 Reflex for double 8mm film, and it's got three beautiful lenses on it. I'm anxious to shoot with it. I've got a 100-foot daylight spool of film to test it with, but I'm waiting on a 100-foot take-up spool. The camera only had a 25-foot reel in it.

Maybe somebody will answer both our questions about metering. What kind of meter do you have? I don't have one yet.

I have a Sekonic "reflective" "Auto Lumi L-158" light meter. It works pretty good, I bought it from a pawn shop for about $20.
